Thanks for checking out some of my work.

This is a small selection of my portfolio.

My slightly cheeky, self-scripted (and self-voiced) radio ad worked wonders for Plush Consignments when I ran it on CKDO. Traffic to the store increased exponentially. Listen to it here:

Edward Jones Financial Advisors are usually too busy meeting with clients and watching the stock market to think about marketing. I’m working with some local Edward Jones advisors to help them get the word out. Don’t let the formal pics fool you. They’re the most down-to-earth, approachable folks around. This is Durham, after all.

Meet Paul Marche, Edward Jones Investments Ajax. He’s now on LinkedIn, too!

Meet Susan Lepp, Edward Jones Pickering. Sue is now on LinkedIn and has a Facebook business page too

 geekspeak product descriptions

This year I’ve been working for geekspeak writing SEO product descriptions.  It’s not glamorous and there are no prizes for writing about buckets and horse feed, but geekspeak assignments are some of my favourites. The tight word count mixed with the challenge of being compelling and accurate is a great exercise for any writer.
